These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CURWE website and any commission, purchase, or enquiry made with CURWE ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or commissioning a piece from us, you agree to these Terms.
Use of This Website
You may browse this website and use our enquiry and consultation forms for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or reproduce its content without permission.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, text, and other content on this website are the property of CURWE unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our furniture and sculptural designs may not be reproduced, replicated, or manufactured by third parties without our prior written consent.
Commissions & Pricing
Each CURWE piece is bespoke and produced to order. Pricing is provided following an initial consultation and is specific to the material, scale, and complexity of the commission. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in your quotation and are subject to change thereafter.
Payment Terms
Commissions typically require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due prior to shipment or installation, as outlined in your individual quotation and agreement. Specific payment schedules will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Shipping & Installation
We coordinate delivery and, where applicable, installation for each commission. Estimated timelines are provided at the time of quotation but may vary due to the handmade nature of our work, material availability, or logistics beyond our control.
Cancellations & Returns
Because each piece is custom-made to order, deposits are generally non-refundable once carving has begun. Cancellation terms specific to your commission will be set out in your written agreement with our studio. Standard consumer return policies applicable to off-the-shelf goods do not apply to bespoke commissions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CURWE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
